        I cooked my Thanksgiving turkey in the roaster oven in order to have my oven free for all the side dishes. Everyone said it was moistest turkey I've cooked, and I cook the turkey every year! The only downfall was the skin didn't get browned.

        This is perfect as a roaster...for large turkey or several roasts. It comes in handy when cooking for a crowd or serving/warming or whenever you need an extra oven. Baking is not as reliable...it takes much longer to bake than in a regular oven. Clean up is easy IF you have access to a large sink.
