      2 kinds, Ubiquinone is the oxidize verion of CoQ10 and your liver needs to convert it to Ubiquinol, the reduced (ready to use) version. Ubiquinone is the cheaper, but Ubiquinol is 8x more effectively absorbed by the body. (stats from google searches on Ubiquinol) Look for (Kaneka QH™) on the label.
