Care instructions: Removable cover can be machine washed and dried. To eliminate odors and/or stains, machine wash the cover in cold water on gentle cycle. Machine dry on low heat or air cycle only.

        I first came upon these pillows ten years ago after reading a review in the local paper. Although I don't usually pay this kind of price for a pillow, looking back it was one of the best buys I've ever made. The Ultimate is extraordinarily comfortble, with the softness of the wool cover blending very well with the firmness of the latex. The pillow last a long time, and maintain their shape well. Try one - you won't be disappointed.

            These were so comfortable when first opened, but the latex smell is very strong and I developed a sensitivity to it. When I washed the covers according to directions, they shrank about 30% so now the pillows don't easily fit inside and are uncomfortable. The seams inside the covers were sloppily sewn so wool fibers get everywhere and the covers don't stop shedding after that. I like the Natura brand very much but this product doesn't live up to their typical high standards.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            Ordinarily I would never dream of spending this much on a pillow, but I was able purhcase on sale so not as great an issue. Wow, I'm so glad I got it - no more back pain. I never would have guessed that the pain I had been experiencing was from my old pillow. Get one for yourself; you won't regret it.

            Both my husband and I prefer these pillows to our down pillows. They are not too soft or too hard. They adjust perfectly to head and neck weight. We were surprised we liked them, because we are not fans of foam pillows. Seems to be helping my chronic neck pain.
