  • Ingredients: Garlic, Rosemary, Spices, and Lavender.
  • Rub each pound of uncooked meat chicken or vegetables with 1 T. Mt. Olympus Rub before grilling roasting or baking. Olive oil, wine and other liquid ingredients may be added to make a marinade.
