Had this coffee maker now for almost a year.I find the maker to be a very good one.Makes coffee within 4 minutes.Coffee stays hot for quite awhile in the carafe.My only complaint is the leaking of water from the bottom of the maker.

We've owned this coffee maker for about a month now and love it. Easy to setup for programmed brewing. The thermal pot is the best feature because it doesn't burn the coffee and it isn't as fragile as glass pots.

We did remove the water filter as it made the coffee taste different. Others may be fine with it but it wasn't right for us.

I know others have commented on the water dispenser is cheap but we don't agree and haven't had any issues with it leaking.

I like the removable water carafe and the way it is designed. You dont have to pour the fresh water into the top of the maker like some other brands. Coffee is hot, and the Stainless coffee carafe seals the heat in. Stays hot. Good coffee

We had an old Mr. Coffee and stayed with the brand. What a great choice. We love this coffee maker. I think I drink more coffee now than I used to just so I can use the coffee maker. It is so easy, neat and clean to use. Coffee stays hot and because of the double insulation, I never worry that I will burn the coffee or myself. Best gift to myself in a long time!

This coffee maker does leave water under it each and every time you use it. Also, to make a brew in the strength you want is impossible.
I have owned this maker for 6 months now and nothing that I have tried seems to work for a good brew.
I wish I wouldnt have tossed the receipt because it definitly would have been returned for something differnt.
Keep your receipt and dont lose it..... I am 100 percent sure you wont like it"

Using this unit for over a month and coffee still tastes like plastic.
Started leaking all over the counter top as it sat overnight waiting to brew in the morning…its wonderful waking up to a half pot of real strong coffee and 4 cups of water to clean up ;-)

Though I read many reviews on this coffee maker with total mixed comments divided with about 1/3 loving it; 1/3 with mediocre comments; 1/3 with many problems. I was ready after reading this arsenal of comments for the thing to leak or break or be extremely difficult to adjust to the different pattern of making coffee... I am pleased to say after a year's use... I'm still in LOVE with this pot! It does require for you to REMEMBER to empty the carafe every time you are brewing another pot b/c you do not use the carafe to fill. The water resevoir is removeable and easy to take to the sink to fill with water. The grounds basket must be removed every time to refill with fresh grounds but I personally do not mind this task b/c I like to dry out the basket at least twice a week. Beware that many have found problems with this coffee maker but I have not experienced any problem at all! I'm careful with the resevoir b/c it does appear flimsy but so far I've not had a problem I've also adjusted to the new way to make coffee. I can see how it would be very easy to forget that there is still coffee in the thermal carafe. If you do leave coffee in the carafe, it will overflow and create a mess that appears like a leak. Adjust the way you make coffee and you may really love the best features. The very best part about this maker... the carafe keeps the coffee hot for HOURS! I once returned home after about 6 hours & wanted the leftover coffee. Prepared to place a cup in the microwave I was amazed to open the carafe to find the coffee actually steaming!! Truly!
