Comments about Mountain Boy Sledworks Slalom Steerable Toboggan Natural:

Bought two at a fantastic price point from Meijer as Xmas presents.Bitter disappointments both. Splintered plywood around misaligned bore holes and crooked bolt fixtures. Mfr wanted to rebore and route around holes through the plies affected. Snow and hence water would have penetrated and compromised plywood. Finish was unevenly applied with thin spots common. The pieces were not edge routed evenly either. Mfr did not have replacements to offer till next October. Mfr suggested we move up to their $400 per models that, by the way, are still made CONUS.Wish to have found these before they were mfr'd in China. All claims to care and quality at overseas site spurious.Dearly hoped and wish it were otherwise.[...] Hated to return on them.

Comments about Mountain Boy Sledworks Slalom Steerable Toboggan Natural:

I love it and have great fun with it. I bought it so I would have to walk back up hills and get exercise. Being 42 I had forgotten how much fun it is sledding down the hill. Great product and I love the fact my 225 pound body is easily handled by it. With an an average of 10 feet of snow per year here, it gets plenty of use too.

If you want a sled that works in all kinds of snow and is priced right, this is it. I've taken all kinds of photos of my grand children and wife on this sled and every picture shows a person with a great big smile.
