Control your climate. The portable Misty Mate Keepin' Cool 6 Outdoor Misting System provides a cool break from the heat wherever you need it. The preassembled Keepin' Cool 6 system attaches securely to your patio fascia and provides 10' of mist to cool the ambient temperature up to 30°F. The Keepin Cool 6 is made with 1/8" polyethylene hose, making the system extremely lightweight and portable. This system is perfect for any umbrella or canopy.

    I ordered 2 for my 9' market umbrella and they fit well, wrapping all the way around the umbrella about 8" in from the edge (similar to the picture). The included clips are not the greatest for mounting, so I used velcro straps to hold the line securely in place. The jets put out a heavy mist that feels amazing in the sticky summer heat. Under pressure there will be drips at the junction of the nozzle and the hose. I used plumbing tape to tightly wrap the worst of the leakers and it worked fine. The mist will blow with the breeze so if it's a very windy day it won't provide much relief, but on an average hot day these misters feel great!

    Even though this is easy to use, it is very cheaply made. I have 2 other misters that cost the same as these but they have brass nozzles instead of the cheap plastic ones on this mister. So far this works fine but I don't it to last as long as the brass.

        In use on the edge of my patio roof, helps keep the back of our house and the patio area bearable in the killer heat Oklahoma is experiencing. Helps keep my potted plants from dying too. I love the hanging clips which allow me to quickly and easily move the system to a new spot whenever I wish.

          We attached the 6' Misty Mate to our patio umbrella. It only went around 1/2 way, but it was still very helpful. We set up a thermometer and measured a temperature drop of 12 degrees in an hour.

                          It worked as the ad said it would. I connected it to an umbrella. Only drawback is that a couple of the connections did leak slightly where attached and dripped. Other than that it worked fine and was very cooling to feel the mist in the 90 degree heat.
