There is no way on God's green earth that this item originally sells for [$]. It makes me so angry when I see false "savings" like this. This particular medallion can be purchased everywhere else for $15-$18 minimum and the seller is still making a profit. It is sterling silver, so the product is worth something. It has a stainless steel chain, so it is durable. But for Meijer to claim that they originally sell it for [$]is ludicrous.
