- Pudding directions: Pour 2 cups of cold skim milk into bowl. Add the mix. Beat with a wire whisk rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended 1 to 2 minutes. Pudding will be soft set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
- Pie directions: Prepare as for pudding using only 1-3/4 cups skim milk and beating only 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled baked 8" pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour.
