            We decided to try the Meijer brand version of vanilla extract because it was one sale, and we have never gone back to a name brand since. Meijer's vanilla extract is half the cost and tastes exactly the same as any other name brand on the shelf. Watching our budget, we have been cooking and baking a lot more than we ever did before, and budget friendly items like this really help to stretch a dollar.
