- Ingredients: Enriched Macaroni: Enriched Durum Semolina and Enriched Wheat Flour (Durum Semolina, Wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid). Sauce Mix: Whey, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Blue Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Nonfat Milk, Whey Protein Concentrate, Disodium Phosphate, Food Starch-Modified, Buttermilk, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Caseinate, Cellulose Gel, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Maltodextrin, Lactic Acid, Yellow 5, Yellow 6.
- Preparation instructions: Range Top: 1. Add shells and 1 tsp of salt, if desired, to 6 cups boiling water. 2. Boil rapidly, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but not firm. Do not rinse. Return shells to pan. 3. Add 4 tbsp margarine (or butter), 1/4 cup milk and contents of cheese packet. Mix thoroughly. Makes about 3 cups. Microwave: 1. Microwave 3 cups water in covered 2-quart microwaveable casserole dish on High 7 to 9 minutes or until boiling. 2. Add shells and 1 tsp salt, if desired. Stir. 3. Microwave, uncovered 8 to 9 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring after 4 minutes. Drain. Do not rinse. Return shells to casserole. 4. Add 4 tbsp margarine (or butter), 1/4 cup milk and contents of cheese packet. Mix thoroughly. Makes about 3 cups.
