Grinding: Grind just enough beans for immediate use. Set the grinder to the brew method you'll be using: fine for cone-shaped filters, medium for drip machines, and coarse for a French press. Dosing: Our exclusive convection-roasting process delivers much more flavor in each bean. Use slightly less coffee per brew than with other brands. Try starting with one level tablespoon per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste.
