Comments about Meijer Organics Strawberry Preserves - 1 Jar (11 oz):

These preserves are excellent! They are organic, which makes shopping more efficient, because we know we don't have to worry about there being high fructose corn syrup, food dyes, or any other harmful chemicals in the product. (High fructose corn syrup is not healthy, despite what the commercials say. It was developed in a lab in 1966 and is made from cornstarch. By the time it is processed, it is too hard for the liver to break down, which causes high triglycerides and insulin resistance and eventually diabetes. Just remember - those commercials are funded by the corn industry.)
