1 Can = 5 oz (142 g); Non-Stick Cooking Spray - 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Fat free. Calorie free. Contains no CFCs or other ozone-depleting substances. Meijer Cooking Spray is ideal for: pan frying, baking, roasting or microwave cooking; preparing eggs, pancakes, waffles, muffins, cookie cutters and more. Non-stick serving and easy cleanup on pans, griddles, baking dishes and utensils. Quality assured.



  • 1 Can of 5 oz (142 g)
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Adds a Dietarily Insignificant Amount of Fat), Soy Lecithin, Water and Propellant. (No Chlorofluorocarbons.)
  • 1. Shake can and align arrow on button with dot on rim. 2. Hold can about 10" from surface to be sprayed, and away from heat source, sparks, or flame. 3. Spray a light coating over entire area to be used. 4. Note: For best results heat pan before adding food. Avoid excessive heat and do not refrigerate can. Can sprays best at room temperature (68-75°F).

        I use this product all the time. I had no complaints until recently. The spray can has been changed. It now drips down the side of the can every time I use it, making it difficult to even grip it. As for it's taste, it's great.

          I'm not a fan of olive oil's taste, but I totally appreciate the benefits of preparing food with it. This is the perfect way for me to get the health benefits [of both using olive oil and a spray rather than lots of oil] WITHOUT the overpowering taste. This is the first place I've come acroos olive oil spray. Kudos.

          I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT APPROX EVERY 2-3 MONTHS OVER THE PAST 18 MONTHS.
          THE QUALITY OF THE INGREDIENTS MEETS OR EXCEEDS THOSE THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN SIMILAR BRAND NAMED PRODUCTS AND PREFORMS COMPARABLY.
          THE ACTUAL UNIT PRICE THAT MEIJER CHARGES FOR 5 OUNCES OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IS VERY CLOSE TO THE PRICE CHARGED FOR BRAND NAMED BASIC OLIVE OIL SPRAYS. SO, WHY PAY MORE?

          THE SPRAY CAN ECONOMICALLY DISPENSES NEARLY ALL OF THE CAN'S CONTENTS WITHOUT PLUGGING.

          THE ONE PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WAS THE WHITE CAP. APPARENTLY IN THE MASS PRODUCTION
          THE CAN SEAL WAS VERY TIGHT. THIS ONLY OCCURED TWICE OUT OF EIGHT PRODUCT PURCHASES YET NO LESS ANNOYING WHEN THIS IS FIRST NOTED AT HOME DURING PREPARTION OF YOUR FAVORITE DISH!
          ANYWAY AFTER 45 MINUTES OF ALTERNATING THE CAN IN COLD THEN VERY WARM WATER THE CAP FINALLY GAVE AND I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE IT. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CAP WOULD NOT SNAP FIT ON AGAIN. HAVING EXPERIENCED THIS MORE THAN ONCE I NOW REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL SNAP ON SPRAY CAN LIDS PRIOR TO PURCHASE!!
          HAPPY BAKING!!!
