- Ingredients: Dehydrated Potato with Preservative (Sodium Bisulfite), Corn Starch, Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Color [Annatto Extract]), Salt, Whey, Monosodium Glutamate, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Enriched Bleached Flour (Bleached Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Dehydrated Onion, Blue Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Garlic, Disodium Phosphate, Color (Annatto Extract, Oleoresin Paprika), Reduced Lactose Whey, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate.
- You Will Need: 2 cups boiling water, 3/4 cup 2% milk, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups boiling water and 2 tablespoons margarine (or butter) in 1-1/2-quart ungreased casserole dish. Stir in 3/4 cup 2% milk. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Microwave: Mix sauce and 3/4 cup 2% milk in 2-quart round microwaveable casserole. Stir in potatoes, 2-1/3 cups hot water and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Microwave uncovered on High 23 to 25 minutes or until tender, stir (dish will be hot). Let stand uncovered 5 minutes (sauce will thicken slightly as it stands). For high altitude: Increase hot water to 2-3/4 cups and microwave time to 25 to 27 minutes. Stove-Top: Combine potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups hot water, 3/4 cup 2% milk, and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling on high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 16 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sauce is of desired consistency; stir occasionally.
