• Ingredients: Whole Grain Rolled Oats (with Oat Bran), Salt, Calcium Carbonate (a Source of Calcium), Natural and Artificial Flavors (Adds a Negligible Amount of Sugar), Guar Gum, Caramel Color, Aspartame (Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine), Acesulfame Potassium, Ferric Orthophosphate (a Source of Iron), Niacinamide (One of the B Vitamins), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) (One of the B Vitamins), Riboflavin (One of the B Vitamins), Vitamin A Palmitate, Thiamin Mononitrate (One of the B Vitamins), Folic Acid (One of the B Vitamins).
• Conventional cooking: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add up to 1/3 cup boiling water and stir. For best results, let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
