• Ingredients: Whole Grain Rolled Oats (with Oat Bran), Sugar, Salt, Calcium Carbonate (a Source of Calcium), Cinnamon, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Guar Gum, Caramel Color, Ferric Orthophosphate (a Source of Iron), Niacinamide (One of the B Vitamins), Riboflavin (One of the B Vitamins), Vitamin A Palmitate, Thiamin Mononitrate (One of the B Vitamins), Folic Acid (One of the B Vitamins).
• Conventional: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add up to 1/2 cup boiling water and stir. For best results, let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
• Microwave: 1. Empty packet into microwaveable bowl. 2. Add up to 2/3 cup water (or milk) and stir. 3. Microwave the uncovered bowl on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal begins to thicken. 4. Carefully remove hot bowl from microwave. Stir and serve.
