1 Packet = 1.25 oz (35 g); Seasoning mix - chili.

  • 1 Packet of 1.25 oz (35 g)
  • Ingredients: Chili Pepper and Other Spices, Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Onion, Salt, and Garlic.
  • Directions: 1. Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat. 2. Add 2 Packets (8 oz each) tomato sauce, 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans undrained and 1 package Meijer Chili Seasoning Mix. Stir and bring to a boil. 3. Cover skillet, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
