Meijer Beef Stew Seasoning Mix - 1 Packet (1.5 oz)
1 Packet = 1.5 oz (42 g); Seasoning mix - beef stew.

  • 1 Packet of 1.5 oz (42 g)
  • Ingredients: Corn Starch, Onion, Salt, Paprika and Other Spices, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavor Enhancer), Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein, and Wheat Gluten, Citric Acid, and Caramel Color.
  • Directions: 1. Toss 2 lbs cubed stew beef with 1/4 cup flour. In 5- to 6-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef in 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Drain fat. 2. Stir in 3 cups water and 1 package Meijer Bee Stew Seasoning Mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 - 1/2 hours or until meat is almost tender. 3. Add 4 potatoes (peeled and quartered), 2 small onions (quartered), 5 medium carrots (peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces) and 2 stalks celery (cut into 1-inch pieces). Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
