I've been using these for about 15 months now after a recommendation from a friend and mother of 3. I really can't complain. They almost never leak and fit my daughter (19mon) and son (2 mon) well. We've had our share of blow outs in these, but we did with pampers and huggies too. They are very very comparable to huggies in feel. My daughter wets VERY heavy at night and these have held up. (She usually wears huggies overnights and a pair of rubber pants to sleep) My son has yet to blow these out despite his best, explosive, breast fed effort. For a loooong time they had $1 off coupons right on the box. Overall these are a great diaper for the price!

I have tried almost every brand of diaper and Meijer brand is by far my favorite. They last all night without leaks which is a plus in my book! I always change my daughter before bed and she sleep about 10 to 12 hours - so they are durable. They are stiff but I actually like this because the other diapers, especially Pampers, feel squishy in the morning, almost like they're going to just bust open! I always tell my friends about these diapers because they are great to use and they are a wonderful price!

The old Meijer brand diapers (which were hideous) were awesome! They were a bit more stiff but I NEVER had a leak. And there was netting on the inside. Recently Meijer changed their diapers, and my daughter (who has never shown insensitivity to another brand before) broke out in a horrible chemical burn that lasted a month and yes it was doctor confirmed.(wore 2 of the new design diapers) I am very displeased with the new Meijer diapers. Really wish they would bring the ugly ones back!

These diapers are very closely equal to the quality of Huggies or [@]'s. As a mother of five, having tried a lot of different of brands, it is nice to find diapers that works at a lower cost. I do not think these diapers are stiff as some other reviewers have claimed. The only reason I didn't recommend these for newborns is because of the missing wetness indicator on the outside of the diaper (which is a nice detail when you are having to count wet and dirty diapers). The size is clear to read on the back of the diaper making it easy for parents with more than one child in diapers to identify whose is whose (like out of the diaper bag for example).

I was introduced to these when a friend used them for her son 4 years ago. She used them from infancy-age 4 ( at night during potty training).
We use cloth diapers during the day but these diapers are a great alternative for night time. Great absorbency. The last pkg of diapers I bought were huggies snug and dry~ I will NEVER buy those again. They cost a bit more and had horrible asborbency. Meijer brand diapers have hit the sweet spot of disposables for me. Affordable and absorbant. No leaks for 8-12 hours, and hold in those little suprises. With any diaper, make sure you have the right fit and you shouldn't have those huge blowout accidents.
The only negative ~ I have had a couple of pkgs where a couple of the diapers tabs were not attached right or wouldn't open.

We grabbed a box of these after being told they were similar to the Target brand, which we normally use. Although they look similar I couldn't be less pleased with the Meijer brand. While we can make it through a day with no leaks, because of frequent changes, we have yet to make it through a night with out a doubler pad in these. I will certainly be staying true to Target's Up & Up diapers. The Meijer brand will only be purchased if we are in a absolute pinch and [@] is not open.

We were using pampers swaddlers which worked great and then we went to meijer to buy more but they only sold the bigger boxes which were more expensive so we bought meijer brand we had some horrible poop accidents in those up the back sides didn't fit well at all terrible diapers never buy again

I tried Meijer diapers for the first time when my oldest was going into size 4 diapers. My first thoughts were, "wow, these are really stiff and what is that ugly elephant doing on there. Couldn't they find a cuter picture - or none at all?" I had already decided (before putting the first diaper on her) that I did NOT like them.

I planned to go with a different brand the next time I needed more diapers but decided to use these since I didn't want to waste any money. After a few days I noticed there were no more leaks and my daughter (who had recently learned how to remove her diaper) could not get it off. The Velcro tabs are a little hard to open sometimes.

When my second daughter was born, I bought a package of size 2 diapers (After using diapers that were gifted to me.) These diapers are actually cute. (I have only used Meijer sizes 2&4 so I don't know what the other pictures/designs look like.)

My only complaint about this diaper is that the Velcro is a little difficult to remove when it comes time for a diaper change. A fact that some people may love. I suppose it is a good thing if you have a child that wants to remove their diaper (as my oldest tries to do on occasion).

I will continue to buy this brand. It is overall the best diaper for the price.

My babies mess out of Huggies and though I would compare them to a Huggies or Target diaper, they hold the mess much better. I was pleasantly surprised. Pampers and Meijer diapers work best for my two little ones, but with the price difference, I go Meijer all the way.
