    So easy to take, very pleasant taste. Just chew them up, and I usually took a sip of water, but you would not have too.
    I have had stomach issues, and ate yogurt, I came upon these, and with all the probotics , these are wonderful........ stomach feeling much better, would strongly urge you to try these, take them every day as instructed, and notice the difference. Thank you for this product.
