1 Packet = 1.5 oz (42 g); Meat Loaf Seasoning. An AmeriPacket classic made easy.



  • 1 Packet of 1.5 oz (42 g)
  • Ingredients: Onion, Dextrose, Salt, Paprika, Spices (Including Celery Seed and Black Pepper), Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein, and Wheat Gluten, Garlic, Calcium Silicate (Added to Make Free Flowing), Parsley, Caramel Color, Barley, Malt Flour, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, and Natural Flavors.
  • All you need: 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 slices bread, finely crumbled.
  • Directions: 1. Combine seasoning with beef or turkey, eggs, milk, and bread. 2. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan or 9" x 5" loaf pan. 3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked. Makes 10 servings.
