  • Ingredients: Sugar, Spices and Herbs (Including Chili Pepper and Red Pepper), Garlic, Salt, Maltodextrin, Onion, Silicon Dioxide (Added to Make Free Flowing), Tamarind Extract, Molasses, Apple Cider Vinegar, Natural Applewood Smoke Flavor, Malic Acid, and Caramel Color.

              Just used it on a pork loin, did not brine it as I usually do, just rubbed on both sides, put it on the BBQ smoker and let cook until it was cooked all the way through. WOW,the best pork loin I have had in a long time, juicy, tender and flavorful. Definitely will be stocking up on this product!
