    Got this on sale, originally $279, was on sale for $201, the online 30% off plus an additional 15% off that, $132 out the door with tax..
    This smoker has a remote control that can operate from my living room and the smoker in the garage. It will adjust the operating temp, set the time for how long you want to smoke, check the temp of the meat because there is a built in meat probe. Turn the light on or off as well.
    There are 4 trays and a water pan that I line with aluminum foil just to keep in in like new condition and easy clean up.. An adjustable vent on top and the door latch is adjustable but mine was adjusted perfectly out of the box, zero leaks. There are wheels on the back with a handle so tilting and moving around is very easy.
    After each use I clean the glass so it remains clear.
    I placed a temp probe in the top of the vent tray and it registered exactly what I had my smoker set to, so it is very accurate. There is a built in meat probe that is also very accurate compared to my digital probe.
    Instead of using wood chips, I use what is called a A-Maze-N pellet tray and use that with wood smoke pellets in place of wood chips. This allows me to smokes for hours and hours without having to ever add more chips. Makes the smoker that much better. The picture you see a mail box and 3" metal ductwork. The ductwork fits perfectly in the opening that holds the wood chip tray once removed. The mailbox is nothing but a vessel that holds the pellet tray and directs the smoke into the smoker. I use a huge variety of pellet flavors, Maple, Oak, Apple, Hickory, Cherry, & Competition Blend.
    I have smoked bacon, ribs, pork shoulder and cheese. Phenomenal results.
    I love that I can set this for up to 24 hours and leave it. With the pellet tray I can smoke up to about 12 hours without ever adding additional pellets. I turn it on and let it be. From inside my home I can check the internal temp of the meat and adjust the temp of the smoker all with the touch of a button... Some call these ovens with smokers attached, but I like I can set the temp as low as 100 deg or up to 275 deg and it will hold it perfectly.
    I personally don't miss the highs and lows you get with temperatures fluctuations by constantly having to add more charcoal throughout the day and then in hopes you don't get the temp too high or drops too low because the charcoal has died out. Regardless this smoker will give you the consistency of real smokehouse bbq without the hassles of charcoal smokers and cost of propane.

    It is simple to assemble and very easy to cook on.The average cook time is about 4hrs and about every 2hrs add small portion of wood chip to get that tender smoky flavor and the thing that is not so great is that it makes a mess after cooking in it but the best way to clean it is to spray a little oven cleaner and some awesome and spray it with the Waterhouse inside.But otherwise you can't beat this smoker.
