We use no animal fats or artificial additives and use only the finest durum wheat. Egg noodles truly make a deliciously different side dish. This product is lactose free and vegetarian. • Ingredients: Durum Flour (Wheat), Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), and Folic Acid.
• 1. Bring 5qts water to a rapid boil. Add salt if desired. 2. Empty contents of package into boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. 4. Drain and serve. (Noodles used in soup or casseroles should not be boiled more than 8 minutes.)
