1 Package = 12 oz; Premium Enriched Egg Noodles - Toasted Barley Shape. Quality Since 1888. This product is lactose free and vegetarian. Product of USA.

  • 12 Packages of 12 oz
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Durum Flour (Wheat), Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), and Folic Acid.
  • 1. Bring 5 qts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt if desired. 2. Empty contents of package into boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. 4. Drain and serve. Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more that 8 minutes.
