It is a good bag, but if you have a slim/race type saddle, it likely will not fit under it. It seems to be of good construction, though I never got to use it. If you have a larger seat, this is an inexpensive bag that will serve it's purpose.

You'll see in the picture that there are two straps in the middle, on the top, and one strap, sideways, at the rear. I don't have room to mount this under my seat, but on a cruiser bike, you can put the single strap on the front fork, and the two straps around the parallel bars, making it a little tank bag. You could do this right under the top tube, ahead of the seat tube, too. However, when you do this, the zipper opening is hard to get undone. It's still perfect for a little tool kit or a phone and keys.

This bag is the perfect size for holding the tools and spare parts (new inner tube, Allen wrench set, etc.) needed to insure I am able to handle any mechanical emergency I may have during a ride of any length.

Bought this bag for my daughter. She loves it, and the small size is perfect for her 20" bike, it fits perfectly under the rear of the seat. It's simple and well constructed. I had to remove her bike's reflector to strap it on to the seatpost, but the reflective material on the bag itself if a very effective replacement. At half (or less) of the price of other bags, I'm considering buying a couple more for the rest of the family!
