Comments about M-Wave Clip-On Saddle Bike Bag:

This bag is a great value. Velcro-attached bags cost this much or more. Clip-ons are usually twice as much. It feels well made. Compared to bags sold at the bike store, this is a "large" bag. When expanded, it's enormous.
It's probably too large for a road bike. If you only carry a flat-repair kit, spare tube, etc., it's about 40% larger than you need. If you carry other stuff, like a rain poncho, wallet, cell phone, then it might be the right size. For me, I might use a strap to cinch the bag into a more compact size. Or, use the bag when I need extra capacity.

The bag has 3 elastic straps on the bottom. I'm not sure what those are for. Maybe hold some gloves, a rolled up t-shirt? Maybe a compact tire pump?

It has a loop on the rear to clip a light.

The bag is 7" long. You can fit something 8" long and very narrow. (The bag will pull longer, sacrificing some width).

At it's widest point (2 inches from the mouth) it is 4-1/2" wide. At the narrowest point (at the seat post) it is 2-1/2" wide.

It is 4-1/2" tall at the mouth. About 1" away from the seat post, it is 3" tall.

Expanded, it is 7-1/2" tall at the mouth. About 1" away from the seat post it is 4" tall.
