• Ingredients: Orange Pekoe, and, Pekoe Cut Black Teas.
• Ice Tea: 1 Family Tea bag per quart (32 oz) of water. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil. Gently pour water over tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes dependent on taste. Remove tea bag. Refrigerate within 1 hour. Sun Tea - 1 Gallon: 3 Tea bags for each gallon of water. Place tea bags in gallon jar filled with water. Cap jar loosely. Place in sunshine. Steep 3-4 hours. Remove tea bags. Refrigerate within 1 hour. Discard leftover tea after 24 hours.
