- Ingredients: Organic Arborio Rice, Organic Parmesan Cheese Powder (Milk, Salt, Culture, Enzyme), Organic Nonfat Dry Milk, Sea Salt, Organic Buttermilk Powder, Organic Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Yeast Extract, Organic Spices (Turmeric, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Parsley), Citric Acid, and Organic Sunflower Oil.
- Stovetop: Saute rice with 1/2 tbsp butter (Variations: Use 1/2 tbsp margarine or olive oil in place of butter. Replace 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup dry white wine if desired) in a 2-qt heavy saucepan over Medium heat. Add 2 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, contents of seasoning pouch, stirring well to blend seasonings. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Do not cover. Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese, parsley and sliced shallots if desired. Serve piping hot. Microwave: For safety: Use microwaveable bowl, lid or plastic wrap. Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed. Place 1/2 cup milk, 2 cups water (Variations: Use 1/2 tbsp margarine or olive oil in place of butter. Replace 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup dry white wine if desired), 1/2 tbsp butter (Variations: Use 1/2 tbsp margarine or olive oil in place of butter.
