I ordered a medium for my average build 5 year old daughter. The costume arrived on time and fit well but had significant defects - the tulle detail was missing on one shoulder of the costume, as was the entire light up feature. We called Meijer and explained the situation. The customer service was prompt, courteous, and overall outstanding. They expedited a new costume to us. This one arrived as pictured and does light up as promised. Overall this costume is not particularly well made (the hat is made out of a flimsy felt) but my 5 year old is completely thrilled with it for the simple fact that it will light up for trick-or-treating.

My daughter really wanted this costume and this costume only. We had tried on a few different ones and nothing fit! This cute little outfit did, thankfully. The only disappointing thing was that the lights were not located all around the skirt. They are concentrated in the front only. You can restring the lights if you want, but it'll take some time. My daughter can't wait to light up on Halloween night!
