Light n Fluffy Enriched Egg Noodles - Medium - 1 Bag (12 oz)
1 Bag = 12 oz (340 g); Enriched Egg Noodles - Medium. Light ’n Fluffy Noodles are a delicious substitute for potatoes or rice and lend themselves to dishes with gravies and sauces. Made in the USA.
- 1 Bag of 12 oz (340 g)
- Ingredients: Durum Flour, Egg Yolks, or Eggs, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
- Entire package: Entire package (12 oz) yields about 7 - 1/2 cups cooked or 6 servings. Heat 4 quarts of water and 2 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil. Gradually stir in noodles; return to boiling. Boil, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, do not overcook. Drain well. Toss with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, if desired.
- Half package: Half package (6 oz) yields about 3 - 3/4 cups cooked or 3 servings. For 6 oz of noodles, use 2 quarts of water and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook according to directions at left. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, if desired. For oven dishes, and, casseroles - Prepare as above but reduce cooking time to about 4 minutes for recipes that will require further cooking. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
