1 Bag = 12 oz (340 g); Enriched Egg Noodles - Extra Wide. Light ’n Fluffy Noodles are a delicious substitute for potatoes or rice and lend themselves to dishes with gravies and sauces. Made in the USA.
- 1 Bag of 12 oz (340 g)
- Ingredients: Durum Flour, Egg Yolks or Eggs, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
- Entire package: 1. Heat 4 quarts of water and 2 teaspoons salt to a rolling boil. 2. Gradually stir in noodles, return to boiling. 3. Boil, uncovered, 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best results, do not overcook. 4. Drain well. Toss with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, if desired.
- Half package: Half package (6 oz) yields about four and a half cups cooked or 3 servings. For 6 oz of noodles, use 2 quarts of water and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook according to directions at left. Toss with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, if desired.
