Comments about LifeSmart 6-Element Infrared Heater:

This heater knocks the bone chilling cold off of a very small room after 48 hours but never gets it actually warm. For the price and wattage I am disappointed. Was expecting much greater performance as it was rated for 1800 Sq.Ft. on the package. AFTER you open the box you read it may take 24 hours for it to heat up, this should have been on the package outside. It Never got really warm. The heat is not so hot that it hurts furniture ( a good thing) but has limited blowing of that warm heat. This has a fairly big cabinet (taking up space while one of my smaller electric heaters takes up a lot less space and heats about the same amount if not more for a lot less intial price and fits comfortably under my desk.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
