      I ordered this from MIejer. I also ordered two rocking chairs from another retailer. The glider was a mess, terrible instructions and one of the boards was knotted up. I called and was sent aboard a board that didn't match. Someone named Bob said he was president of the company more or less said too bad. My experience is if you get a good piece great BUT TAKE MY ADVICE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG; THEY WILL MOVE HEAVEN AND EARTH TO SAVE THEMSELVES TIME AND MONEY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT CARE THEY attack bad reviewers for giving the product bad reviews. I suspect many of the 5 star ratings are written by employees, the same employees who are harassing me now. [$] down the drain. Does not respond to bbb either
