• Ingredients: Water, Stone Ground Corn Masa Flour, Wheat Gluten, Contains Less than 2% of each of the Following: Sea Salt, Aluminum Free Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Fumaric Acid, Trace of Lime to Maintain Freshness (Sorbic Acid and Calcium Propionate).
• Heating Instructions - Skillet or Griddle Method: Place tortillas 1 at a time in a medium-hot, ungreased skillet or griddle. Heat each side 20-30 seconds until warm and soft. Microwave Method: Place 1-2 tortillas at a time for 30 seconds on high or microwave an entire package for 1 minute on high (microwave instructions suggested for 625-700 watt microwave).
