Comments about L-Shaped Midnight Computer Desk:

I really love the desk. Honestly, if you are looking for a sleek glass top desk with a pull out keyboard tray (use mine to hold store my Wacom Tablet) then this is probably the best deal you will find.

Although there were extra parts/pieces that seemed a bit worrisome, the directions were pretty straightforward and it didn't take very long to construct. (I am always building furniture so I never mind it.)

The suction cups are a little annoying to put in place in the frame under the glass, and honestly, besides being a soft buffer for the glass, they don't really hold it in place. That means that if you were to push/pull the glass tops, they would move respectively. (Could use a real suction cup that holds it in place better.) This isn't a big issue since I wont be pushing the glass back and forth and with the items on it, it is unlikely to budge much.

I don't use the computer tower floor rack as I have carpet and hate my tower at that level. space in the corner of the L is used for sub woofer. Overall, the desk is an excellent value for budget shopper and I am impressed.

Pros: Relatively Light Weight (Besides Glass Inserts)
Looks Modern/Sharp (Black Glass Top)
Very Functional - Simple
Sturdy
Easy to Clean though Collects Fingerprints

Cons: Smells God Awful
A bit cumbersome to move with the frame construction.

Really, I do have to make a remark about the smell purely because it really was that bad. I didn't understand it. Everything in the box smelled awful like some sort of chemical. I don't know what caused that. The box and packaging were permeating my home with this noxious smell. I threw them out immediately. The desk itself wasn't nearly as bad, but it still has the odor to it. It should dissipate in time, but it was quite bothersome as who wants to have a piece of furniture that stinks... literally.

The pros far outweighed that, and it isn't too bothersome now, but it should be something everyone is aware of including the manufacture/distributor.

Would have given it 5 Stars if not for the smell. (Just a personal gripe.)

Otherwise, 5-Star Construction. 5-Star Value. 5-Star Appearance.
