  • Ingredients: Crumb Cake Mix Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, May Contain Malted Barley Flour, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin, Propylene Glycol Monoester, Datem, Mono- Diglycerides), Food Starch Modified, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Salt, Dextrose, Egg Whites, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Contains Milk Derivatives), Xanthan Gum.   • You Will Need: 2/3 Cup water and 1 egg. Before you begin preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2 - inch pan. 1. Place water, egg, and full pouch cake mix in medium bowl. Stir until moistened. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.) 2. Empty contents of cinnamon topping in separate bowl and set aside. 3. Spoon half of batter evenly into prepared pan. Measure 1/2 cup cinnamon topping and sprinkle over batter. 4. Drop remaining batter in small spoonfuls over cinnamon topping layer. (Batter surface will be uneven.) Sprinkle with another 1/2 cup cinnamon topping. 5. Swirl batter with a knife in the shape of large circles (about 10). Sprinkle remaining cinnamon topping over batter. Bake 40-45 minutes. Makes 12 2 1/2 x 2 - inch servings. High Altitude: No adjustment necessary. For muffins: Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare batter as directed. Spoon half of batter evenly into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cinnamon topping over batter in each cup. Repeat layers. Insert wooden spoon handle into batter about 3 times at 1/2 - inch intervals to press in cinnamon topping. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon topping. Bake 16-20 minutes. For easier removal, allow muffins to cool 3 minutes in pan and transfer to wire rack.
