  • Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1», Riboflavin [Vitamin B2», Folic Acid), Wheat Flour, Maltodextrin, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Bleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Contains Less Than 2% of Paprika, Malted Barley Flour, Spices, Mustard Flour, Natural Flavor, Yeast, Dextrose, Caramel Color, Dried Garlic, Sugar, Dried Onions.
  • Quick prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Moisten with water 2-1/2 lbs bone-in chicken (6-8 pieces) or 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • Directions: (1) Shake: Shake moistened chicken in shaker bag with one packet of coating mix, 1-2 pieces at a time. Discard any remaining mix and bag. (2) Bake: Bake at 400°F in ungreased or foil-lined 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan until cooked through.
  • Cooking time: Bone-in: 45 minutes; boneless: 20 minutes. Do not cover or turn chicken during baking.
