Comments about Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing - Fat Free - 1 Bottle (30 oz):

I think Fat Free Miracle Whip is a great idea for dieters and people that are health conscious. It can be mixed with almost anything. Just like using mayo or regular miracle whip. I sometimes mix already prepared tartar sauce (at a restaurant...I carry my own FFMW) with the FF Miracle Whip, it cuts the calories but not the taste. I use it on sandwiches and snacks. Anywhere I use mayo. It a true calorie and fat cutter. It's surprising how many calories that condiments contain. I use it in dressings too. If I wanted zero points or very few calories, I will spread FFMW on melba toast, or something like that and slice cucumbers, radishes, (whatever vegetable)onions, maybe some sliced tomatoes with some Italian spices sprinkled on top and I have a huge snack, totally guilt free (zero pts. for 1 tbl.) and makes things taste like you are eating real fattening food. This is really nice to have when you really want something to eat that isn't just a carrot.
