Comments about KitchenAid KCM222OB 14-Cup Coffee Maker with Removable Water Tank - Black:

I'm on my 4th one. First 2 had electronic failure and had to be replaced. The 3rd one had the handle fall apart where we had to use both hands w/towel to use. The new one that KA sent to us feels very cheaply made (newest one they have). The one thing I will say is that KA is the best company when it comes to replacing their bad products but would it not make more since to do a better job with quality first?
