Square Griddle Doesn't Lay Flat

        I find the griddle does not lay flat on the burner due to the handle weight causing the griddle to come up off the burner. This cause food such as just making a grilled cheese sandwich longer to make. Uneven cooking.
        Otherwise, nice cookware.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
