I use this product for everything!! I bake quite a bit. Takes allot of time out of baking. Great for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner, makes everything go so much smoother!!

This appliance is great for baking and making mashed potatoes or whipped cream. It is slightly bulking and is best left on a counter since it is a little heavy. Have had mine for a couple of years now and have had no problems whatsoever.
