The cooker comes with an adjustable regulator and includes 3 deep fry thermometers to monitor the temperature of the cooking liquids. Cook all your foods to perfection every time.     The unit is great and worked great unitl the valve broke off at the burner. The manifold should be supported by somthing other that the valves and orifice.....Still trying to find someone that can find the part to fix it...Who knows where to find the Valve and orifice part?

    This thing is a waste of money. All of the paint burnt off during my first use. the difference between high and low burn is nothing, it's like a blowtorch the whole time. There is no grease catcher so it just drops on the surface you are cooking on, and mostly on your shoes. the main reason i bought it was for camping and the dogs and wild animals were having a field day with all of the grease on the ground of the campsite. The campground owners were not very pleased with that either. I'd rather cook my steaks, dogs and burgers over a brown bag filled with feces that someone lit on fire.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        We used burners for a homemade propane grill and they put out a ton of heat. Great for searing steaks also you have good control for slow cooking.

          The product will be used primarily for camping and use at the archery club I belong too. The best parts of the unit are the abillity to fit a steel griddle on top to cook pan cakes and being able to adjust the heat to the cooking surface. As far as not so great things, Don't make me laugh. It was what I needed, so it was what I bought!!!
