First try,I did the Easter turkey on it. Great comments on bird. Ribs next, everybody loved them. I liked how easy it was to put together. The parts were all there, labelled in a blister pack. The instructions were clear and easy to read. It rolls easily on the deck, but the locking caster holds it firmly in place. The shelves fold up and it really doesn't take up much room. I was particularly impressed with the ash collector on the bottom that easily comes apart so that the ashes can be dumped, and it is just as easy to reinstall on the grill.
The grill is metal, and metal does fatigue with heat and cold. It will be interesting to see how long it will last. The gasket isn't quite as air tight as some of the more expensive grills of this type, but unlike them, I don't think that I will have any difficulty opening the grill in the wintertime. Many of the more expensive ones have a felt gasket that once it gets some grease on it, sticks the two halves of the grill together in cold weather. The King Griller has a diffrent gasket that compresses with the two parts and shouldn't have that trouble.
