My 3.5 year old loves dolls and plays hard, so I didn't want to shell out money for some plastic dollhouse that would cost the same as this well made wooden dollhouse. The way my daughter plays the plastic ones all fell apart within a few mins... she has had her barbie and disney princess dolls dancing all over the place. She has just loved the elevator and stairs... but her fave thing in this whole dollhouse has been the chanderler in the bedroom. Everyone that has seen this dollhouse has loved it and after telling a few friends about it they have also gone out and bought it as well and have been very pleased with it too. I know our 2nd daughter will love this as much as her big sister loves it now...

This dollhouse beats my expectations. I have 2 daughters ages 10 and 6 they love playing their dolls in it. It is very colorful and the furniture is perfect for Barbie's. It has an elevator that they love. This toy is giving them hours of play. Love it!

This was a gift for my two daughters, ages 4 and 6. I chose to buy this as opposed to the "name brand" that tends to be plastic and flimsy. This was perfect for my two girls and their dolls. They loved the elevator, though it is not as smooth as I would have liked. The house appears very sturdy, and was not difficult to assemble, though it did take a while. The directions were pretty clear. So far it has held up well! They love it, and can fit other furniture in it, too. Very large, but easy to carry. Great for pretend play, which kids need but don't get a lot of these days.
