JVC XLPG3B Portable CD Player
Shaped for a secure grip enhanced by JVC's grip band, it features CD and CD-R/RW playback with 45-second anti-shock protection for interruption free listening, even while jogging and backband type stereo headphones. It plays 30 hours on 2 AA batteries (not included) but can also run on an AC adapter (not included). The heat-resistant body lets you hear your tunes outdoors in warm, sunny, temperatures. The rubberized grip allows easier holding and convenient controls for simple operation and with a hold switch, easy-to-read, multi-function LCD screen, and the auto power off function to help conserve battery power, it covers all the bases.

    Like I said, the JVC XLPG38 is an undiscovered gem to so many people. First off, it's extremely durable, I've dropped it many times and still runs like brand-new. I use it wherever I go, and I love to show it off to my friends and family. The controls on this JVC CD Player are much more user-friendly than the newer Sony models, and much more easier to read. The SOUND is awesome, I've never heard better from my GPX, Craig, or Philips CD Players before this one. It's also lightweight and small, and can fit comfortably in any purse or pocket. Also, a major plus is the INCLUDED headphones. They are actually GOOD, and deliver rich bass sounds, and they stay on your head, too. A GREAT BUY!!!!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
