This is so easy to use to cut perfect strips. Just fold your 45 inch wide material in half to 22 or so inches. Fold in half again to around 11 inches. Lay it on your cutting mat and use your rotary cutter to cut 1 inch to 12 inch strips. It is such a breeze. I couldn't do without it.
