Very cute, but I was surprised how big that it ran. I wore it around the house a bit and it seemed very comfortable, padding was nice. I would order a half size smaller.

I was looking for a stylish, basic but pretty and classy boot for with jeans or skirts. This looked PERFECT online but was somewhat underwhelming upon arrival. I opened the box and it looked kinda dumpy and clunky; not sleek and tall like online. It felt too big...I usually am 7.5-8, and I ordered 8. Really should've gone for the 7.5. Might've even fit a 7. They smell chemically and gave me and my boyfriend a headache. I'm still on the fence about returning them mostly because of the hassle and price of shipping them back. The heel part comes up pretty high and rubs the underside of my ankles, but with insoles, the size and the ankle problem may be solved. The construction was also poorer looking than I expected. If I had tried these on in a store, I probably wouldn't have gotten them (I might not have even picked them up) but I may get some use out of them. They seem like they will work best in the cooler climes, but not great for winter since they have NO tread.

They have a smell to them though. I don't have a very good sense of smell so I don't really smell anything, but my boyfriend says they smell like gasoline. I think it could just be whatever they use for the polish or treatment or whatever it's called. He said that the smell should fade though.

Who would have thought Meijer would have such cute boots? These boots are very nice, especially for the price. They don't look cheap and fit great! Wore them today with leggings and received many compliments. Got them in black and fit true to size!
