Great on-time delivery; poor product

        Comments about Jensen JiPS-250i Docking Speaker Station for iPad/iPhone/iPod:

        Product looked like just the right dock for a brand-new iPad...
        Problem is it won't connect with the brand-new iPad... :-(
        The unit powers-up; but when I insert the iPad, neither recognizes the other; won't charge, and the remote will not control the iPod...
        Jensen Customer Service shuts down at 4:00pm EST!
        WHAT is up with that!?
        I guess this dock is headed for the landfill; I don't have time to chase this down.
        NOT HAPPY...
